As of November 1, 2016, new numbers available for the Means Test calculations.

Pennsylvania numbers are set to:

• $50,501- Single Person
• $60,058- Two Persons Household
• $74,083- Tree Persons Household
• $89,690- Four Persons Household

Each additional household member will increase the amount by $8,400.

North Carolina Numbers are:

• $42,410- Single person
• $55,028- Two Persons Household
• $63,717- Three Persons Household
• $71,923- Four Persons Household

Each additional household member will increase the amount by $8,400.

In 2017 IRS may require an Adjusted Gross Income from previous filings to verify identity.

Tax Court is without jurisdiction and Issuance of Notice of Determination by IRS violated Automatic Stay Rule

In Yusak v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, No 26958-14L, 2015 WL 1774392 (T.C. Apr. 20, 2015) the U.S. Tax court held that it was without jurisdiction to adjudicate the case without a valid Notice of Determination and when there was a pending Bankruptcy Filing. Further, the court held that the Issuance of Notice of Determination by IRS during a pending Bankruptcy filing, violated Automatic Stay Rule of the Bankruptcy Code.

As of December 23, 2016 U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services fees will increase.
